Chandra Hawkins is the CEO of ESSL Cereal Pantry, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting childhood hunger by providing cereal and breakfast support to families across the United States. With years of experience managing and supporting multiple nonprofit initiatives, Chandra has built her work around one core belief: no child should start their day hungry.

In 2025, under her leadership, ESSL successfully helped feed over 700 families nationwide, expanding access to essential food resources during critical times. While the organization has served families with a variety of needs, its primary focus is now centered on cereal distribution—ensuring children have reliable breakfast options during school breaks, weekends, and summer months when free school meals are not available.

Through innovation, community support, and a deep commitment to service, Chandra continues to grow ESSL’s reach across all 50 states, making breakfast accessible to children who need it most.
