Once you send an email if you don’t hear back within 48hrs with a confirmation order email you are free to reapply. We do not reply to FOOD REQUESTS unless I am processing your order. Food is delivered directly to your door from your local Walmart. We are not partnered with Walmart. We service up to 8 families per month, 5 Senior citizens & 5 families that live in a hotel, this is self-funded with the help of our donors. For Seniors only we offer individual Support Packages from our Virtual Food Pantry, that will be shipped directly to your door from any local Walmart. Seniors can call our Virtual Support Call Center to help assist with receiving Emotional Support Food Packages on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

Emotional Support Soft Line also provides food support for up to 8 families per month who are in need of groceries. We will have groceries delivered directly to your door if possible! We try to use local Walmarts. The Emotional Support package includes the following:
A whole Chicken, Fish, Ground Turkey, a dozen eggs, cheese, 1 box of Jiffy cornbread, rice, sugar, a small bag of flour, a case of water, spaghetti noodles, Ragu & loaf of bread. Our Emotional Support packages come on a 1st come 1st serve basis. When sending your email, please include your name, number, complete address with unit number if there is one & preferred delivery times.

In honor of my children Chase & Carter we are excited to treat one family a month to Hoagie Night for those families who reside in hotels & Movie Night providing Pizza and Drinks for families living in a home as an extra treat, to encourage mental health and family time which is thee most important time there is. Emotional Support Soft Line provides a softline for listening, food, pampers, wipes and now coming soon a 6-month housing program where we sign and pay a lease for you for 6 months giving you time and space for you and your family to connect, catch up and create a beautiful future for not only yourself but your children as well. This program is for Single Mothers and Single Fathers who are homeless or facing homelessness. More information is coming soon. What We Do
We are not professionals. Our Volunteer Emotional Support Specialist provides a listening ear for distress callers. We also offer local support if requested by callers. All calls are confidential and can remain anonymous. We also provide helpful day-to-day soft tips if requested by callers to help with depression, anxiety, and stress. Our volunteer support specialists have real-life experiences in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, domestic abuse, grief, and substance abuse. We are here to support our communities. All calls are confidential and not recorded. Callers can remain anonymous. This is a free service that we provide throughout the United States.
